In addition, the Selsinger Hof offers an attraction that is unique in the entire district. As an avid beer lover, the hotelier brews his own beer using the “Pilsner brewing method” and is happy to give interested guests and visitors a tour of his small brewery by appointment. A cold “Helles” or dark “Hofbräu” rounds out the dining experience.

Directions & Parking facilities
- By car:
The town of Selsingen is located in the northern part of the Rotenburg (Wümme) district, between the cities of Bremervörde and Zeven.
Coming from Hamburg, take the A 1 (Sittensen exit) and drive through Heeslingen to Selsingen. From Rotenburg (Wümme), follow the B 71 via Zeven to Selsingen.
From Bremen and Hanover, follow the highway signs via the A 27 and A 1 toward Hamburg (Bockel exit). Then take the B 71 through Zeven to Selsingen.
Alternatively, drive from downtown Bremen through the countryside via the towns of Lilienthal, Tarmstedt, and Rhade to Selsingen.
From Bremerhaven, take the B 71 and follow it through Beverstedt to Bremervörde. From there, follow the signs to Selsingen (toward Zeven).
From Cuxhaven, take the B 73 and B 495 (through Hemmoor and Bremervörde) to Selsingen.
By public transportation:

If you’re coming from Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven, you can reach Bremervörde via the Elbe-Weser-Bahngesellschaft (EVB). If you’re coming from Hamburg, take the S-Bahn (S 3) from Hamburg Central Station to Buxtehude. There, transfer to the EVB train to Bremervörde.
