The adjacent state forest, with the mill pond of the former watermill, invites you to go hiking and walking. The NORDPFAD Kuhbach-Oste circular hiking trail begins right behind the hotel. Cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy. Explore the region on the well-marked network of bike paths or ride along the Hamburg-Bremen long-distance bike route to either of these Hanseatic cities.
