Welcome to the Hoeperhof!
Our idyllic farm is located in the HOLIDAY and LEISURE region of the district of Rotenburg (Wümme), in the middle of the Wiesteniederung herb region, northeast of Sottrum. We welcome singles, couples, families, hikers, cyclists, vacationers, fitters or business travelers. Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the idyllic surroundings. There are numerous hiking, cycling and riding trails nearby. There is a small outdoor swimming pool in Sottrum and a large adventure pool with wellness area in the district town of Rotenburg (Wümme). The cities of Hamburg and Bremen, the Alte Land and the Lüneburg Heath with its numerous animal and leisure parks are also only one to two hours away from us.
Whoever comes to us will find - depending on their mood - peace and seclusion, turbulent entertainment or a sporting balance. The 55 square meter vacation apartment for 2 to 5 people is located on the first floor of our large house and has a separate entrance.
The apartment has the following rooms and facilities:

By car:
Coming from Hanover, follow the A 27 towards Bremen and the A 1 towards Hamburg. Take the Stuckenborstel exit and continue on the B 75 towards Rotenburg (Wümme) until you reach Waffensen, where you turn left towards Bötersen/Höperhöfen.
Coming from Hamburg, follow the A1 towards Bremen. Take the Bockel exit and continue on the B71 towards Rotenburg (Wümme) until you reach the junction onto the B75 and continue towards Sottrum/Bremen until you reach Waffensen, where you turn right towards Bötersen/Taaken.
