A warm welcome to the Hoeperhof!

Our idyllic farm is located in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district—a popular vacation and leisure region—in the heart of the Wiesteniederung herb-growing region, northeast of Sottrum. We are happy to welcome singles, couples, families, hikers, cyclists, vacationers, construction workers, and business travelers. Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. There are numerous trails nearby for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Sottrum has a small outdoor pool, and the county seat of Rotenburg (Wümme) features a large water park with a wellness area. The cities of Hamburg and Bremen, the Alte Land region, and the Lüneburg Heath—with its numerous wildlife and amusement parks—are also just one to two hours away from us.

Those who visit us will find—depending on their mood—peace and seclusion, lively entertainment, or opportunities for physical activity. The 55-square-meter vacation apartment, which accommodates 2 to 5 people, is located on the ground floor of our large residence and has a separate entrance.
The vacation apartment features the following rooms and amenities:

• a living room with a fireplace, a sleeper sofa, a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system

• a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area

• a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 m) and a small single sofa bed

• a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine

• a guest restroom

• A garden with a cozy seating area and a grill (upon request)

Free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels and bed linens, dish towels, and cleaning supplies are, of course, included.
