Ferienhaus Feriendomizil-Bellevue

The vacation home "Feriendomizil-Bellevue" in Seepark Eiken is a 6-person vacation home (hipped roof bungalow) in Walchum, which was completed in 2012.
The living space on the first floor is around 80 m² and around 50 m² in the fully developed attic. The first floor is barrier-free. Only the bedrooms on the upper floor are accessible via a staircase. The house has direct access to the adjacent lake. The two vacation homes owned by the Ludes family were newly built in 2012 and 2014 in Seepark Eiken in Walchum (near Dörpen) in northern Emsland.

The vacation home Feriendomizil-Bellevue has a size of approx. 130 m² and offers space for six people.

The heart of the "non-smoking house" is the large living room with a modern fitted kitchen.
On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as two bathrooms (with shower/WC) and a guest WC.
On the upper floor, both bedrooms each have two single beds (100 x 200 cm).

The large garden with its two terraces is completely fenced in. And the bathing lake is just a few steps away.

For a vacation with the family, the Seepark offers a variety of leisure activities: Swimming pool with sauna, adventure playground, mini golf course, restaurants and a lakeside café. Just one kilometer away, you can swim and surf in the Herzogsee lake.
