The Bella Casa vacation home in the Am Luddenhof vacation park in Walchum is a hipped-roof bungalow that was completed in 2025.

The property is in a quiet location, right on the vacation home area’s swimming lake.

The living area in the single-story house is approximately 80 square meters. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. There are two bedrooms available—each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet. A travel crib is available for small children. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions.

The house features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional toilet.

An open-concept living and dining room with a kitchen serves as the heart of the home. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll enjoy a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

The vacation home is wheelchair accessible.

The vacation home has its own garden with a patio. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and features a covered area. A special feature of this vacation home is its direct access to the lake.

Our vacation home also includes a garden shed for storing bicycles and sports equipment, as well as a parking space.

All windows in our house are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens.

Dogs are welcome in our vacation home at no extra charge. The garden is completely fenced in.
