Our restaurant "Försterstube" is located in Unterstedt, a district of Rotenburg (Wümme).
Enjoy the cultivated rustic ambience, in winter by the crackling fireplace of our restaurant, and let our chef and our service team spoil you all around. Typical regional dishes, light meals and vegetarian dishes as well as seasonally changing culinary delights round off our offer. In summer, we are also happy to spoil you in our idyllic beer garden. You are also welcome to order our food in advance and pick it up.
We want you to feel at home! Not only in the restaurant, but also at your family celebration or company event. We are happy to plan an unforgettable stay with you in our hotel. Whether you're planning a romantic dinner with candlelight and flowers, a birthday dinner with your loved ones or a wedding with all the trimmings, get in touch with us! We can also come to your home and take care of the catering.
You and your guests are welcome to stay overnight in our separate guest house, which is only about 80 meters away. All rooms are modernly equipped. The guest house also has a beautiful lounge and a fully equipped apartment for two people. A cot and extra bed can be provided on request.
You are welcome to combine a meal and an overnight stay in our Waldhof with a bike tour or hike. The nearby Großes Moor and Weißes Moor nature reserve with its bathing lake, moor adventure zone and walking and hiking trails is just around the corner. You can even set off there from our restaurant. The NORDPFAD Dör't Moor leads you on a circular hiking trail through the moor and forest area. If you like to look into the distance, you should explore the nearby Wümme meadows by bike or on foot.

Wie bieten saisonale Gerichte, die wir aus Produkten der Umgebung herstellen. Im Mai und Juni kannst du z. B. Spargel von Schlohs Spargelhof aus Hellwege genießen. Auch unsere Wildgerichte sind von hiesigem Wild, von Oktober bis Ende Februar haben wir unser beliebtes Wildbuffet im Angebot.

Our restaurant, all rooms and the beer garden are barrier-free. Our restaurant also has a wheelchair-accessible toilet with an extra-wide door. There is a disabled parking space next to the building.

Our hotel is located in Unterstedt, approx. 5 km from the center of the district town of Rotenburg (Wümme).
Arrival by car:
Coming from Bremen and Hanover, take the A 27 (Verden-Nord exit) and the B 215 in the direction of Rotenburg (Wümme). From Hamburg, follow the A 1 towards Bremen (exit Bockel). Then take the B 71 in the direction of Rotenburg and from Rotenburg (Wümme) follow the B 215 in the direction of Verden.
Arrival by public transportation:
The nearest train station is in Rotenburg (Wümme), approx. 5.5 km from the Rotenburg district of Unterstedt.
The train company "metronom" offers a direct connection between Hamburg and Bremen, with Rotenburg (Wümme) as a stopover. The EVB also runs between Verden and Rotenburg (Wümme), making it easy to travel from Hanover or Minden. Bicycles can be taken on all of these train connections.
