The event calendar kicks off with the “Kohl & Pinkel” tours from January through March. In the spring, the focus is on fish, matjes herring, and, of course, asparagus. In the summer, we offer light and Mediterranean dishes. From September through Christmas, we serve hearty game and wild fowl dishes sourced from hunting grounds in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district or neighboring districts, as well as the “St. Martin’s goose.”
Head Chef Steffen Albert and his team focus on German cuisine, emphasizing traditional craftsmanship and culinary artistry. Our seasonal buffets are particularly popular on the culinary calendar. They are always well-attended and highly praised by our guests.

- Frühstück gibt es bei uns von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 6.30 bis 10.00 Uh und am Wochenende von 7:00 bis 10:00 Uhr.
Mittagstisch bieten wir mittwochs bis sonntags zwischen 11:30 und 14:00 Uhr an, mit einer täglich und saisonal wechselnden Mittags-Speisenkarte.
Von Montag bis Sonntag halten wir eine Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten zwischen 15:00 bis 17.00 Uhr für Sie bereit. Die Auswahl ist am Wochenende noch größer. Lassen Sie sich überraschen.

By car from the south or east:
Either via the A1 to the Posthausen exit, continue in the direction of Völkersen, after approx. 1 km turn left to Hellwege. Or via the A7 to the Walsrode junction, take the A27 Verden Nord exit and continue in the direction of Rotenburg. In Eversen turn left, via Ahausen to Hellwege.
