The calendar of events starts with the cabbage & Pinkel tours from January to March. In spring, the focus is on fish, matjes and, of course, asparagus. In summer, light and Mediterranean dishes are on offer. Fresh game and wild fowl dishes from the local hunt, as well as the "St. Martin's goose" are available from September to Christmas.
Head chef Steffen Albert and his team focus on German cuisine using regional products, with a high proportion of traditional craftsmanship and culinary artistry. Our seasonal buffets are particularly popular in the culinary calendar. These are always well attended and praised by our guests.

Mittagstisch bieten wir mittwochs bis sonntags zwischen 11:30 und 14:00 Uhr an, mit einer täglich und saisonal wechselnden Mittags-Speisenkarte.
Von Montag bis Sonntag halten wir eine Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten zwischen 15:00 bis 17.00 Uhr für Sie bereit. Die Auswahl ist am Wochenende noch größer. Lassen Sie sich überraschen.
Zum Abendessen ist unsere Küche täglich von 17:00 bis ca. 21:00 Uhr für Sie da.

Take the A1 to the Posthausen exit, continue in the direction of Völkersen, after approx. 1 km turn left to Hellwege.
By car from the south or east:
Either via the A1 to the Posthausen exit, continue in the direction of Völkersen, after approx. 1 km turn left to Hellwege. Or via the A7 to the Walsrode junction, take the A27 Verden Nord exit and continue in the direction of Rotenburg. In Eversen turn left, via Ahausen to Hellwege.
By train (metronom regio):
