On December 19, 2026, the Edison Nord Championship Series (ENCS) will come to STADEUM Stade. The ENCS is the second-largest Edison tournament series in Germany and has become a regular meeting place for players and fans of the classic Yu-Gi-Oh! format.
In the Edison format, gameplay is based on the card pool and rules from 2010. This creates a unique tournament experience where many well-known cards and strategies from that Yu-Gi-Oh! era are back in play.
At the event in Stade, up to 102 players will compete in seven Swiss rounds in a Best-of-Three format. Afterwards, the top eight players will fight for the tournament victory and attractive prizes in the Top Cut.
In addition to the competition, the community is also at the center of attention. Players from Stade, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, and beyond come together to pursue their passion for Yu-Gi-Oh!, exchange ideas, and experience a special tournament day.
