We look forward to seeing you!
Yoga is an Indian practice that originated thousands of years ago and brings the body and mind together. “Anyone who can breathe can practice yoga”: This well-known quote by the famous yoga teacher T.K.S. Krishnamacharya can be expanded upon: Anyone can practice yoga, whether young or old, overweight or thin, healthy or sick, poor or rich. For some, it builds strength; for others, it helps lower high blood pressure, cure asthma, regulate body weight, or simply escape the whirlwind of their thoughts.
Join us for yoga exercises in the museum garden of the Fehn and Maritime Museum in Westrhauderfehn.
Comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes, a mat, and a bottle of water are recommended.
The yoga class will be canceled in case of rain.
