Walpurgis - Goslar completely bewitched
The historic old town is transformed into a magical spectacle when Walpurgis is traditionally celebrated on April 30. From as early as 1 p.m., a colorful supporting program for the whole family and various live bands create an exuberant atmosphere and accompany visitors musically throughout the afternoon.

As the hour progresses, cheerful witches and devilish figures in colorful costumes fill the streets and squares of the old town. Together they chase away the winter and get in the mood for the mystical night that welcomes spring. In the evening, a DJ and live music invite you to sing along, dance and party on - and keep the market square pulsating into the night.

If you want to dress up, you can find a large selection of accessories at the tourist information office in the historic town hall and in the online store - from witches' hats and devil's horns to many other typical Walpurgist items.
So nothing stands in the way of an unforgettable Walpurgis experience in the Old Town.

The event is free of charge.
