During our free guided tours, which take place every 1.5 hours, we take you on an exciting journey through our weaving mill:
- Tour times: 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm
- History of weaving: find out how the craft has developed over the centuries
- Weaving room: See a running weaving machine in action and experience the fascinating process of weaving.
- Card room: Discover thousands of punched cards on which a wide variety of patterns are stored.
- Manufacture: Find out how finished products are created from woven yard goods.
- "From flax to linen - or how to spin straw into gold": Be inspired by the demonstrations by Henning Dormann and Monka Ahrendt.
Registration and booking is not necessary - just come along and join in.
You can also enjoy our cozy café and browse our store for high-quality textile products. On these special days, our shop and café are open for you from 10:00 to 18:00.
