The major cultural event in Horumersiel. 3 days of party atmosphere, music, street artists, artisans, rides, changing exhibitions, jugglers, comedians, folklore and a colorful supporting program.
It all started in 1981 as a street festival on the main street - the Goldstraße. The aim was to offer guests something special in the pre-season - the organizers have remained true to this motto. The maritime character, the long nights in June, the pleasant ambience of a North Sea spa and the exuberant good atmosphere make the Sielortfete much more than "just" a folk festival.
