From the information hut at Kalfamer at the east end of Juist, you also have a good overview of the adjacent salt marshes and the nearby tidal flats. Just drop by between 11.00 and 14.00 and use the time to talk to the ranger or observe the unique birdlife in its habitat - spotting scopes or binoculars are available!

You can cycle to Juister airfield, for example. At the end of the airfield, the paved path ends and you have to walk along the nature trail, at the end of which you will find the information hut.
