In 2025, the Lesebühne at the Alte Pastorei kicked off. After the Kark festival, it’s finally time for a morning drink again—and to catch at least one rousing performance! But there’s no preaching here—instead, with laid-back hosting, the event features poetry, slam, entertaining takes on everyday stories, and live music.
The Lesebühne team consists of Tanja Bakenhus, Björn Schoon, and Wolfgang Steinborn. From time to time, guests join in and are introduced ahead of time. Do you write poetry, perform slam, or create your own work? The Lesebühne gives you 10 minutes on “the stage that means the world” to showcase your talents to the public.
