Marion & Sobo, Monumental Art - Art Monument

At the heart of this Bonn-based band are the multilingual Franco-American singer Marion Lenfant-Preus and the Polish guitarist Alexander Sobocinski, known as Sobo. For over 13 years, they have been creating music that defies genre labels for an audience that spans generations and cultures. The band plays its own style, blending world music and vocal jazz, and proves that handmade, acoustic music can be not only delicate, contemplative, and rich in color, but also highly energetic and powerful—even without drums.
