Mardorfer Kunsthandwerkermarkt

Artisan market
Arts and Crafts Market in Mardorf
On October 3, 2026, the large arts and crafts market will once again take place in the center of Mardorf. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., approximately 90 booths will invite visitors to look, browse, and buy one-of-a-kind handmade items. This year’s edition of the event will feature many booths offering sustainable one-of-a-kind items and upcycling ideas. The market will also include a small selection of high-quality food and drink options. Admission is free.

The small, charming stalls are spread out across Aloys-Bunge-Platz in front of the Mardorf Tourist Information Office and stretch from the village community center to the town hall. All products are handmade. The materials range from wood, fabric, silverware, stone, concrete, felt, soap, and wool to metal. Products that give materials a second life are particularly highlighted. There are plenty of upcycling ideas to discover at the Mardorf Arts and Crafts Market.

For families with babies, there is a room in the Haus des Gastes where mothers can breastfeed in peace. If needed, baby food can also be warmed up there. A changing table is also available in the Haus des Gastes. The Mardorf Local History Museum invites you on a journey into the past.
