The Festival of Lights in Altenau will take place this year on Saturday, 2 August 2025, from 17:30 at the Okerteich forest swimming pool.
In addition to impressive illuminations and a special, romantic atmosphere, all visitors can expect a varied musical program with a new figure laser show over the Okerteich at around 22:30 as the highlight of the evening.
A trail of lights with various light installations and creative lighting elements awaits all guests around the Okerteich, which are illuminated and lit at dusk. The lights are reflected in the water of the lake and enchant visitors on their tour, as do the ships of light, which will be launched together on the pond at around 9 pm for the fourth time.
The festival of lights is accompanied by live performances and DJ music.
