Lange Saunanacht

On the first Saturday of every month, there are long sauna nights in the sauna area at Sole-Therme Otterndorf.

On these Saturdays, the sauna area is open until 1 a.m. and between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. there is the option of nudist swimming in the bathing area (not in December).

A visit to the sauna area is more than just a relaxing break - it is a treat for body and soul. As soon as you enter the sauna landscape, the atmospheric ambience invites you to relax and in the individual sweat rooms, as the saunas are actually called, the pleasant warmth envelops you and intensifies the feeling of relaxation.

The increased temperature gives the skin a fresh glow. The intense heat also stimulates the circulation and improves blood flow. The muscles relax and tension is released. A visit to the sauna acts like a balm for tired muscles and stressed nerves and is also a time-out for the soul. The tranquillity of the sauna, interrupted only by the gentle hiss of the infusion, allows you to leave everyday life behind. The mind clears and the stress of the day disappears.

And to be able to relax in an atmospheric atmosphere without any time pressure, there are once again the long sauna nights, which allow you to enjoy the sauna until 1 am. Once again, the sauna landscape at Sole-Therme Otterndorf becomes a place where body and mind are in harmony (without any time pressure) and new energy can be recharged - a soothing experience that lasts a long time and can be complemented by culinary indulgence in the bistro until 11.30 pm.
