Kräuterwanderung mit dem Kinderwagen

This hike is intended for mothers and fathers. With my husband, the healing and wild herb educator Jürgen Roß, we will go on a herb hike of about 2 hours through the Teutoburg Forest. There we will learn about medicinal and wild herbs that can help with minor wounds and major aches and pains, such as ribwort plantain for insect bites. Of course, grandma and grandpa can also come along.
