On the nature discovery meadow, we learn about different types of hedges and their diverse inhabitants. We’ll learn how hedges have protected us for centuries and the positive effects a healthy hedge has not only on biodiversity but also on the garden’s microclimate, the water content of the surrounding area, and the soil’s ability to store CO2.

After the tour, you’re welcome to have a picnic on the meadow and take advantage of the various activities available. These are not part of the tour.
