Harvest Festival in Hepstedt
The Hepstedt Rural Youth Harvest Festival always begins with the festival program. Among other things, the Rural Youth and the Oldies perform dances. The kindergarten puts on a show, there is singing, and a few welcoming remarks are made. Afterward, the parade sets off through the decorated streets of Hepstedt. In the evening, the day is celebrated with a cozy get-together and a party in the festival tent.
On Sunday, September 28, the Hepstedt Rural Youth and Pastor Klemme will hold a Harvest Thanksgiving service in the festival tent. Afterward, the weekend will come to a quiet close with a communal meal (soup or French fries) and a drink or two.
