Jan-Olaf Rodt (guitar) and Michael Bohn (double bass) have dedicated themselves entirely to the lyrical side of modern jazz. They convey the chamber music sound of their instruments with great intimacy and clarity. Original compositions and carefully arranged contemporary originals form a program that focuses on strong melodies and sophisticated harmonies. With their openness to new ideas, Rodt and Bohn have already been active in various projects and line-ups, including a production of the Oldenburg State Theater and the Bremen event jazzahead.
