Gifhorner Schützenfest

Atmospheric marching music can be heard on Gifhorn's market square. Numerous marksmen and women from the Uniformed Marksmen's Corps (USK) and the Citizens' Marksmen's Corps (BSK) gather in front of the town hall to celebrate the marksmen's festival together. The marksmen wear their finest uniforms, the fairground entertainers stand cheerfully ready, and many people from Gifhorn and the surrounding area look forward to our town's great traditional festival.
