With their traditional Russian instruments domra and balalaika, complemented by clarinet and piano, the four members of the Kleshchenko family conjure up virtuoso, subtle and inspiring ensemble playing full of solo highlights with a high level of professionalism.

The mixture of music of the most diverse provenance, coupled with the wonderful ability of the four performers to express feelings such as joie de vivre, sadness, love or melancholy musically and to allow the listener to participate in them, promises an impressive evening. The repertoire goes far beyond the great tradition of Russian folk music and includes works by Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky and Shostakovich, among others.
