Eröffnung Lichtertage 2026: Flames of Water

The Krummhörner Lichtertage kicks off again this year with the spectacular water and light show “Flames of Water.” A 10-meter-long water basin produces up to 2,500 liters of fountains per minute, accompanied by colorful light effects—a fascinating experience for the whole family. This year’s live music will be provided by the band “Van’t Siel”: rock, blues, & passion from East Frisia. With an authentic sound, soulful blues, and powerful rock, the six-piece band “Van’t Siel” from East Frisia delivers goosebump-inducing moments and electrifying live performances.  

The churches of Krummhörn will be illuminated throughout the Days of Light (Oct. 19 –Nov. 1, 2026) from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in impressive light installations by light artist Derk Trei.
