Every Wednesday and Saturday from 7:00 - 13:00 our weekly market, which has a long-standing tradition, takes place on Einbecker Markplatz against a historic backdrop.

Here you can get all year round everything your heart desires.

Producers and traders provide you with these delicacies: seasonal delicacies, regional fruit, vegetables and flowers, meat from organic farming, (freshly smoked) fish, honey from local beekeepers, traditionally baked bread and delicious cakes, cheese from all over the world, Greek and Mediterranean specialties, homemade treats and, last but not least, culinary delights for your physical well-being. After all, what would a visit to the market be without a market sausage, a portion of chips or a crêpe?
