Dörfer erzählen Geschichten: Georg Albrecht von Ostfriesland
A storytelling theater performance for adults and children ages 8 and up, centered on Prince Georg Albrecht of East Frisia. The story begins with the painting at the Steinhaus Greetsiel, which depicts the prince who banned the Boßel competitions in 1731. At the same time, this biographical-fictional play tells the story of an unnamed young slave and examines power, double standards, and the people living in the shadows of history. Admission is free; donations are welcome.
