Not much is known about the new Sterne album yet, but the critics are already whispering: "Like 'Posen', only not so fast and sung a little lower. " 30 years after the legendary album from 1996, which produced the Sterne classic 'Was hat dich bloss so ruiniert', among others, Sterne are going on tour again to bring their latest album 'Wenn es Liebe ist' to the stage. The quality of the songs and, above all, the band's live qualities quickly make the anniversary a side issue. "How fresh you always are, yet you're already over 40," writes Tino Hanekamp about the new single. Everyone senses a hit with 'Wenn es Liebe ist.'

The Sterne fan community is delighted, but, hit or no hit, somehow it doesn't matter. Die Sterne are on tour and when Spilker, Valdés, Janzen and Tielsch are on stage, they go, that's it. It's time to celebrate the old times, but also the new ones. It's about seeing familiar faces again and welcoming the new members of the congregation. There is always a lot of love involved on these occasions.
