The long-distance mudflat run leads to the islands of Minsener Oog, Langeoog, Baltrum, Norderney and Spiekeroog. A challenge for athletes who love the Wadden Sea. Only those who are well trained can master these tours, which follow each other in quick succession. From early morning until evening, we are out and about in the place where heaven and earth share a stage. Certified nature and landscape guides, who are always out and about in the region, accompany the tours. Starting places are limited. Each starter is responsible for their own equipment. Catering is largely included in the entry fee.
