Bratkartoffel- und Matjesessen

As it does every year, the Möhlenkring Rhaude-Holte e.V. is hosting its popular matjes dinner on "German Unity Day."
On Thursday, October 3, 2025, the Rhauder Mühle will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all guests from near and far.
Smoked or onion-marinated matjes will be served with delicious fried potatoes or simply with dark bread. Guests who don’t like fish can also enjoy the delicious fried potatoes with fried eggs.
In case of rain, two tents will be set up.
Takeout will also be available. Interested guests are asked to bring suitable containers if possible.
A mill café will once again be set up on the ground floor of the 175-year-old Galerieholländer mill. Here, cakes and pies baked by members and friends of the Möhlenkring will be sold.
The mill will be open to the public, and expert-led tours will be offered to interested visitors. Various play equipment will be available for children. Several vendors will also be on hand to offer their handmade products.
