Fridays for Future, Extinction Rebellion, the Last Generation - what has become of the great movements of yesteryear? "At Sea" looks 40 years into the future: the children of the revolution have children of their own - and one of them is Yada. She lives in a world that her parents designed as a utopia. But as she grows up in this ideal world, she asks herself more and more questions: Why do her parents act this way? What does it mean to create a better world? And what happens when this utopia threatens to fall apart?
 
This production is based on the novel by Theresia Enzensberger and takes the audience on Yada's search for answers. It tells of failed and successful utopias, of people who keep trying to create new models of society - and of the need to imagine a future even in times of crisis.
