Atmospheric twinkling lights paired with wintry stall magic around St. Nicholas Church enchant numerous visitors every year. The Christmas market opens at 5 pm on Friday. Kindergartens, schools, clubs, voluntary institutions and many more offer their handicrafts and gifts in the festively decorated stalls. A book flea market organized by the Lions Club Wittmund awaits visitors in the parish hall. Also in the parish hall, the confirmation students will be running the popular Konfi-Café with parental support.
