On Sunday, December 14, 2025, the village of Heckenbeck will once again host its traditional Christmas village from 1 pm. On the 3rd Advent, a special place will once again be created in the middle of the small village: Natural, warm, handmade.
Between the light and the scent of fir trees, a village full of Christmas warmth awakens. The focus here is not on consumption, but on togetherness, encounters and coziness.
The quiet time of the year comes alive with lovingly made crafts, atmospheric live music (including Balfolk), dancing, small delicacies and numerous surprises. For children and the young at heart, there will be silk painting, palm reading, carriage rides and other hands-on activities. Some things are already planned - and there will certainly be more to come.
Visitors from near and far can stroll through the festively decorated village, discover regional products, linger and enjoy the special atmosphere. The village community creates a space in which Christmas can be felt again - decelerated, warm and full of warmth.
Admission free - donations welcome.
