A pre-Christmas atmosphere in a historic setting awaits you again on the 3rd weekend of Advent, from December 12 to 14, 2025, at the 17th Otterndorf Star Market on the church square. The historic old town will once again shine with Christmas lights and the scent of gingerbread and pine needles will fill the air. Children and adults can visit the festively decorated star market on Friday from 15.00 – 22.00 hrs and Saturday from 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Sunday from 12.00 hrs – 20.00 hrs.
A wide variety of things will once again be on offer in many small Christmas market stalls. There is a carousel for the little ones and, of course, Santa Claus will also be stopping by the Otterndorf star market.
For the adults, in addition to the stalls in the small, lovingly designed star market huts, there will also be Christmas singing performances by regional choirs and clubs. And no culinary wishes will be left unfulfilled.
