"I will tell winter stories!"
As in Theodor Storm's storytelling series "By the Fireside", we meet in a room lit by a "little pine apple fire" and tell each other stories about winter.
The focus is on works of literature that guide us through the cold season with humor and melancholy. A season that, despite the cold, seclusion and leisure, also offers moments to look back. To look back on the beautiful things that happened during the year. A time of year that offers space for reflection and which, despite all the romanticization and winking, faces reality.
So we are excited to get into conversation over cookies and mulled wine, to hear individual stories and to marvel at winter with all its wonders.
