By car:  From Einbeck town center: Drive past the Ostertor onto the Hubeweg, then up over the hill. The Hubeweg begins at the level crossing at Ostertor. The path turns left after a left-hand bend and continues as Lindenallee up to the Hube. The signposted Stadtwald / Hube hiking parking lot is then located.  By train: From the train station or city center: You can first walk in the direction of Ostertor / Altstadt, then change to the Hubeweg and follow this uphill to the Stadtwald / Hube parking lot. (The exact hiking routes and footpaths are steep in places and lead through wooded areas.)
