The route to a personal best time leads along an undulating 10 km circuit from Suderburg via the villages of Räber and Olmsruh.

 Initially flat, then slightly uphill, the road climbs 83 meters to the Ringenberg. Now back downhill and flat again through a sharp right-hand bend. Back up to 84 meters in altitude, a fast descent, right-hand bend.
In the last three kilometers, it's all about the wind. If it is favorable, you will fly to the finish at top speed, otherwise the last stretch can be quite a torture.
