Anreise mit dem PKW: Aus Bremen und Hannover kommend über die A27 Abfahrt Bremen-Industriehäfen/Worpswede. 
Anreise mit dem ÖPNV: Die nächstgelegene Haltestelle ist "Hammeweg, Worpswede". Diese ist aus Bremen mit der Buslinie 670 erreichbar. Der Fußweg von der Haltestelle bis zum Hammehafen sind ca. 30 min (2 km). An den Wochenenden von Mai bis Oktober pendelt der Moorexpress zwischen Bremen und Stade mit Halt in Worpswede.
