Island ferry ticket office: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 12:30; 15:00-17:00 as well as daily 1 hour before departure of the island ferry
DB ticket office: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 12:30; 15:00-17:00 (Sat, Sun, public holidays closed)
Ticket counter for excursion trips: During normal opening hours and 30 minutes before each excursion trip
