Thickly topped fruit bases, the classic Black Forest gateau, fine cheesecakes, the Frankfurt wreath and sheet cakes with seasonal toppings.

The house specialty is buckwheat cake. With two layers of cranberries, vanilla cream and an airy biscuit made from buckwheat flour.

In the summer months, the ice cream counter offers over 120 ice cream flavors in daily rotation as well as many different sundaes. To take away or "to enjoy here".
