Fancy a short break that inspires you and feels like an invigorating journey to yourself?

Our **Yoga retreat on the North Sea coast** offers you a powerful short break for body, mind and soul. In the fresh, salty air of **Carolinensiel-Harlesiel** you can expect three days full of **exercise, relaxation and inner cleansing**.

Under the mindful guidance of **yoga teacher Wiebke Niebel** (recognized and certified for prevention courses) you will immerse yourself in a soothing practice:

**Yoga**
**Meditation** & **Mindfulness exercises**
**Breathwork** for inner clearing and grounding
Time for **Exchange** & personal development

In a **small, personal group** there is space for individual support, peace and connection - with yourself and others.

The weekend aims to **experience mindfulness and lightness** and integrate it into your everyday life.

The retreat is certified as a **prevention course**, so you can be reimbursed up to **€200** by many health insurance companies.
