Movement, Sound, and Nature

Starting July 20, young guests can look forward to a colorful week of summer fun filled with wellness and new friendships: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day, children can enjoy a creative and playful break on Schillig Beach, centered around yoga, nature, and community.

Yoga sessions in the soft sand, on the beach meadows, and on the platform set the stage for a week that strengthens both body and mind. Music and rhythm games promote flexibility and joy, while creative arts and crafts sessions right by the sea let the imagination blossom. Mindfulness is also a central focus: by gently observing nature and tuning into their bodies, sounds, and surroundings, the children’s intuition is nurtured in a playful way. As a memento of their personal growth, each child receives a small certificate and lovingly selected goodies.

Note: Please bring a yoga mat or thick blanket, a light breakfast and something to drink, pens, glue, and scissors, as well as a hat and sunscreen if needed. Anyone who wants to may also bring a stuffed animal.

**Registration is required and online or at the Horumersiel and Hooksiel tourist information offices.**
