Yin-Yoga Workshop mit Klangschalen
===================================

- Yoga
- from €35.00 p.P.

 The Yin Yoga workshop is suitable for everyone.
With plenty of mindfulness and the support of cushions, we hold various poses (asanas) for three to five minutes to loosen our fascia while relaxing to the sound of singing bowls.
This releases tension in the tissues, and deep breathing into these areas can help dissolve blockages.
Enjoy a pleasant time of well-being, awareness, and letting go in your body.
I look forward to your registration!
