In Wangerland, the **"WinterDorf**" traditionally opens its doors after Christmas to serve locals and guests mulled wine, eggnog and much more in the fresh winter air. In addition to the typical Frisian delicacies, a program including a pre-New Year's Eve party is offered.

 A special Wangerland attraction for the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve is the winter village in Horumersiel.

It takes place from **28 to 30 December** in the large parking lot **regardless of the weather** in Horumersiel. Guests are treated to typical Frisian specialties. The bestsellers are the Eiergrog, which is made according to old traditional recipes, hot caipirinha and a range of other culinary delicacies.

The small stall city opens from 3 pm with approx. 250sqm covered area,  children's carousel and live music opens its doors to visitors:
