Weihnachtsstadt Lüneburg
========================

- Tip
- Christmas market

Beautifully illuminated gables, twinkling lights on every corner and magnificently decorated streets - Lüneburg dresses up in a very special way at Christmas time.

 In the run-up to Christmas, Lüneburg is transformed into a fairytale Christmas town that enchants visitors with its festive splendor. The historic old town shines in a warm glow of lights, while the scent of cinnamon and roasted almonds fills the alleyways. The atmospheric Christmas market on the town hall square attracts visitors with artistic craft stalls and a wide range of culinary delights. The magnificently decorated half-timbered houses form a picturesque backdrop for contemplative strolls. Traditional choirs and musical performances spread festive sounds.
