Water aerobics for early risers

Our water aerobics is a varied aqua fitness workout with various aqua fitness equipment - ideal for getting your day off to a fit and balanced start in the morning.

On the one hand, the course is joint and spine-friendly mobility training with strengthening exercises and at the same time cardiovascular training and is also ideal as a "fat killer".

Water aerobics is an open course. This means that you can join in whenever you feel like it and have time - without registration and spontaneously. It takes place every Wednesday at 7 a.m.
