Wassergymnastik für Senioren

Senior water aerobics

Water aerobics for seniors is fitness, fun and exercise, making it an ideal sports activity for the over-60s to stay fit in (old) age and be active together in a group of people of a similar age.

The course is a joint and spine-friendly mobility training with strengthening exercises and cardiovascular training at the same time.

Water aerobics for seniors is an open course. This means that you can join in whenever you feel like it and have time - without registration and spontaneously. It takes place every Monday at 11.15 am and every Thursday at 5 pm.
