The Johnny Cash Show - Hello, We're The Cashbags!
=================================================

- Operetta

Cashbags 1

Johnny Cash lives on in his music. The Cashbags dedicate themselves to his work with respect, attitude, and their own signature style. Nothing is copied 1:1, yet everything feels authentic, live, and close to the original era. With their current program HELLO, WE’RE THE CASHBAGS!, the band continues their concert series THE JOHNNY CASH SHOW and expands it with new scenic elements, an even more exciting dramaturgy, and a significant narrative arc between the early Sun Records years and the late songs of the American Recordings. The role of Johnny Cash is taken on by the American Robert Tyson, who astonishingly resembles the original both vocally and visually. By his side: Valeska Kunath as June Carter Cash, along with Stephan Ckoehler, David Seezen, and Willie Sieger as The Tennessee Three. Special moments arise in reduced trio passages without drums, in intimate solo sequences, and in the varied repertoire inspired by the performances of numerous global stars in "The Johnny Cash TV Show." The Cashbags represent a distinctive live show, driven by experience, respect, and genuine joy in playing. Not a copy, but lived music. Honest. Direct. Live.
