At the **THALASSO** MEERES SPA, the aqua yoga class combines the soothing effects of seawater with gentle yoga exercises.

The Aquayoga class offers a harmonious blend of classic yoga poses and the weightlessness of water. In this 30-minute class held in a seawater pool, the joints are protected as the exercises are performed gently with the support of the water. The calm atmosphere of the pool promotes concentration and allows for deeper relaxation.

Participants should bring a swimsuit, water shoes, and a towel. The class is offered every Tuesday.

In addition to the aqua yoga class, the **THALASSO** MEERES SPA offers the Aquafit class, which provides the opportunity to specifically train flexibility and strength in the water. Further information and booking options are available here: .
