Spiegelhaus Woltzeten: KlangYoga / YinYoga
==========================================

- Yoga
- from €20.00 p.P.

Yoga in der Natur-Klang-Raum Praxis im Spiegelhaus Woltzeten

In this class, you can experience Sound Yoga firsthand.

 In Sound Yoga, the poses—primarily floor-based from Yin Yoga—are accompanied by the sounds of beautiful singing bowls. The singing bowls are either positioned around the body or placed on the body. By combining yoga with singing bowls, the effects are more intense, and a sense of lightness, joy, and deep inner peace sets in.
No prior experience required. Suitable for anyone who enjoys a gentle style of yoga. Duration: 90 min.; cost per session per participant: 20,-€.
